Small Claims Court: Communicate Effectively with the Judge
Learn how to respond to verbal attacks from an opponent in Israel Small Claims court. Additionally, Lawsuits must be in Hebrew – not a word in English. If you have an addendum in English, you need to have it translated. You must respond to the Judge’s questions in Hebrew. You can bring a translator, but you must state this intention in the lawsuit.
You can be emotional. You can cry and complain, but whatever you do, be sincere and consistent with what you wrote in the papers the judge has reviewed.
