Thank you Tzvi for all of your help. Our daughter, Ruth, was renting an apartment from a landlord who insisted that our payment had to a cash deposit into the landlord’s bank account. When the Israeli bank delayed cashing a check, causing the rent payment to be days late, the landlord threatened to evict our daughter on the spot, without court process. Our 19 year old daughter was forced to attend classes carrying her worldly possessions out of fear that she would be locked out of her apartment. Tzvi’s efforts stopped the lockout threats and enabled a negotiated resolution for the problem. Tzvi also did a good job in calming down our distraught daughter from whom we are literally half a world away. Thank you for everything you did and all that Voleh does.
