Within in a day of writing to Tzvi he had already invited me to his office and written a killer letter to the Jerusalem Water Company who were hounding me for thousands of shekels I did not owe. Until I found Tzvi I really thought the only way to solve the problem would be to pay the money for their mistake!
I cannot thank you enough for helping me, especially so quickly and professionally. I now have the confidence that I don’t just have to accept Israeli bureaucracy taking advantage of me!
