O U T S T A N D I N G ! ! ! ! ! – Tzvi is the greatest! I e-mailed him and got a response within an hour. A couple of more e-mails to clarify the problems and he invited me to come into the office. He met me right on time!! (THAT is a miracle in Israel.) He made a few phone calls and looked up stuff on the web (in Hebrew, which I cannot do) and then went right to work. Within an hour he had gotten the forms I needed from the web, filled them out, and made an appointment for me at the appropriate misrad.
I could not possibly be more impressed with him.
