I would like to thank Tzvi for his help in looking over my contract to prevent problems before moving into a situation that I would regret. I have lived in Israel for almost 10 years and always try to have someone look at my contract but it was never someone trained in rental contracts. Finally I have someone to do this free of charge, who respects promptly to me on his phone. He also gives classes to olim on the subject of rental contracts free of charge, which is also filled with valuable advice. I can’t thank Tzvi enough for giving his services to those of us here alone in the country.
