I can only endorse what has already been written hundreds of times on this site already. My story is not an uncommon one. I was ripped off by a mobile phone company (whose name is that of a certain citrus fruit), when they sold me an internet stick for an exorbitant monthly fee (in addition to mobile phone contract).
– After returning from a fundraising trip from Europe (for an Israel based child poverty charity), I was presented with an outrageous bill for using the stick overseas, which I had been assured was within the contract.
– After enquiring re. legal services through the usual channels open to oleh (and after receiving little assistance) I was eventually Baruch Hashem, recommended to Zvi and Voleh through the friend of a friend. I can only emphatically endorse the glowing tributes to Tzvi and his organization on this site. He is both a Tzaddik and a Shining exemplar of REAL Jewish Values so sadly often missing in Israel and other societies and am certain that Tzvi will reap what he has sown and receive Numerous Blessings, spiritual and material, from the Creator, in whose image this benevolent exponent of Chesed, has certainly been fashioned.
