For the first time, a case was brought before the Israeli Labor Court concerning workers’ rights on the subject of the Covid vaccination.
The initial decision is that an employer cannot deny entry to the workplace of an employee that has not been inoculated with the Covid vaccine.
As I’ve written in the past, this question of civil rights must be decided in the Judiciary and not amongst the politicians.

The Basic Law is, without doubt, the most powerful law in Israel
Freedom of Occupation and as citizens, we should all regard this basic right is vital for a democratic society.
